1 · Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using any Riverbold app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps. These Terms apply across our whole family of products, including PetsMatch, VibeHer, and EmpireBids.

2 · Using our apps

You agree to use Riverbold apps lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer them. Some features rely on AI and are provided on a best-effort basis.

You're responsible for any content you submit and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

3 · Accounts

When an app requires an account, you must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You may close your account at any time.

4 · Intellectual property

Riverbold and its apps, including names, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Riverbold. You keep ownership of content you create; you grant us a limited license to operate the service.

5 · Purchases & subscriptions

Paid features are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your store account.

6 · Disclaimers & liability

Apps are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverbold isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the apps.

7 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our apps evolve. We'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
